Today's Round 2 of the North division of the KOTD Grand Prix. Unfortunately, Joey Gambello vs. Gauge got pushed back, but there's still going to be Charron vs. Marv Won and Ciddy vs. Times for the tournament battles, and Michael Ice vs. StackBoy Chuck for an exhibition match. The winner of Charron/Marv will face Xcel in Round 3, and the winner of Ciddy vs. Times will face J Murda in Round 3.

For the first battle, Michael Ice vs. StackBoy Chuck, Chuck ended up getting the unanimous decision in a battle for the Bar Wars championship belt. Decent battle, Michael Ice started off hot but then devoted his 3rd to a weird angle about a bar Chuck said years ago, while Chuck took time to really hit his stride. Next up is Ciddy vs. Times, in the first tournament battle of the day.

Ciddy vs. Times was super close, definitely a preference battle in my opinion. With Charron vs. Marv, I feel like if Charron battled anyone else he could’ve won, but Marv was super calculated in both breaking down Charron and diffusing Charron’s angles. Marv vs. Xcel is gonna be insane.

Once again Charron shows that his approach doesn't work with guys who have multiple ways to attack. He can write a bar and can multi spaz, but that is it. He needs to look at how Saurus and now Marv so easily beat him and work on expanding his range of topics.

Add another L to that huge list that Charron has against non-trash opposition.

Times ended up getting the judges decision, and he's facing J Murda in the next round of the tournament (which will also see Dizaster vs. Hays The Family Man, Saynt LA vs. So Severe and Marv Won vs. Xcel).
